Judith Gerberg is the president of the Career Counselors Consortium, creator of the Passion Projects workshops, and director of gerberg & company -- a New York City-based career development organization committed to personal and professional transformation. A pioneer of effective techniques for working with innovators and creatives to explore and express their full potential, Judith's unusual combination of street savvy and creative vision makes her unique in her field.

Her signature Passion Projects workshops are designed to help clients find the work they love, and to undergo change to address the challenging questions of the day. Workshops include: Powertools: Rebuilding Yourself for Success; Breaking Through Performance Blocks; and Where Do You Want To Go With Your Life From Here? Custom workshops, addressing particular issues and tailored to specific organizations, are created on request.

For over 18 years, Judith and her team have been counseling, coaching, and training professionals, from attorneys and Fortune 500 executives to entrepreneurs and free agents. Specializing in highly educated and accomplished individuals (and companies looking to develop and retain such talent), gerberg & company works with clients individually, in small groups, and across entire organizations.

Corporations Judith worked with include: Ann Taylor, Citibank, Clairol, Dreyfus, Hill & Knowlton, NBC, Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton & Garrison, Standard & Poors, and Young & Rubicam. She has led workshops and delivered speeches for groups including: Advertising Women of New York, Columbia University, Financial Women's Association, Parsons School of Design, Rancho la Puerta spa and Women in Film & Television.

Frequently interviewed in the media, Judith has appeared in publications ranging from Fast Company and The New York Times to Self and The San Francisco Chronicle, and as a guest on numerous TV and radio programs.

Judith holds a Bachelor's degree from Columbia University and a Master's from New York University. A founder of the New York Art Therapy Association, past board member of the American Art Therapy Association, she is a National Board Certified Mental Health Counselor and Certified Career Management Practitioner by the International Board for Career Management Certification.

She served on the advisory boards of The New York Steering Committee of the Women's Studies in Religion Program at The Harvard Divinity School, and The Future Focus Committee of the International Association of Career Management Professionals.

A native New Yorker, Judith lives in New York City with her husband, the New Yorker cartoonist, Mort Gerberg. Together they parented their daughter, Lilia, who works in the field of International Development in Washington, DC.
